Police Report: Theft of Condiments; Noisy Apartment Manager

Waukesha Police Department calls from May 18 and May 19.

Two people were warned about their behavior after they were reportedly hitting out of frustration a vehicle that was owned by one of the people because the transmission failed at 7:06 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of North Hine Avenue.

In other Waukesha Police Department calls:

  • The theft of $50 worth of gas was reported at 9:03 a.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of Fleetfoot Drive.
  • A disorderly conduct incident was reported at 9:27 a.m. Wednesday at Waukesha North High School.
  • Family issue involving the loss of money was reported at 9:48 a.m. Wednesday but not complaint was filed. The issue stemmed over a man who had a mail-order bride from Russia and the family would not accept her.
  • A person was cited for operating a vehicle following an emission’s suspension at 10:26 a.m. Wednesday at West Wabash and South Grand avenues.
  • A theft of a wallet was reported at Goodwill at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of Nike Drive.
  • A person was arrested at 12:01 p.m. Wednesday for retail theft in the 2300 block of Bluemound Road.
  • Three males reportedly were on a roof at 12:19 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of Coolidge Avenue.
  • A person was arrested for retail theft at 1:33 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of North Barstow Street.
  • A theft of an iPod and an MP3 player from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 400 block of West Wabash Avenue was reported at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
  • A group of children were reportedly tipping over picnic tables and trash cans at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday at Roberta Park. The children were gone before police arrived.
  • Two different gangs were reportedly talking to each other at 7:21 p.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of South Grand Avenue.
  • A person who was staying at a neighboring hotel reportedly stole a condiment caddy at Famous Dave’s at 10:01 p.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of East Moreland Boulevard.
  • An employee theft was reported at 10:14 p.m. Wednesday in the 2400 block of North Grandview Boulevard.
  • A man who was passed out drunk in a lawn at East Newhall and Racine avenues was given a ride home by police at 11:24 p.m. Wednesday as the man was unsure about where his current location was.
  • A domestic disturbance was reported at 11:37 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of Hinman Avenue.
  • An apartment manager reportedly was banging on doors at 12:30 a.m. Thursday because he was anxious that the landlord was coming for an inspection in the 400 block of North East Avenue and he had “a lot of responsibility.” The manager told police he would not do so anymore and would keep the noise down
  • A driver was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving during a traffic stop at 2:13 a.m. Thursday at South Moreland Boulevard and Dopp Street.
  • Two individuals were cited for curfew violations after it was reported at 15-year-old did not return after being dropped off in the 500 block of West Moreland Boulevard around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police found the girl – and another juvenile girl – at 3:16 a.m. Thursday at Cutler Park. The other girl’s mother also reported her missing. Males that were at the park were advised by police and moved along.
