Police Report: Tagging With Soap; Halloween Parties

Waukesha Police Department calls from Oct. 22 and Oct. 23.

  • A theft of a weed-wacker was reported at 11:31 a.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of Stardust Drive.
  • A group of six children reportedly was in an empty pool at 12:01 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Oakland Avenue.
  • An attempted break in was reported at 2:06 pm. Saturday in the 2600 block of Pebble Valley Road.
  • A house was egged overnight and reported at 2:43 p.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of Jefferson Avenue.
  • A vehicle reportedly was gone through overnight in the 1100 block of Margaret Street. The incident was reported at 4:29 p.m. Saturday.
  • A theft of a grocery bag was reported at 4:33 p.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of Arcadian Avenue.
  • A woman reported that her e-mail, Facebook and banking accounts had their passwords changed at 4:41 p.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of Jefferson Avenue. While there was no financial loss, she reported that she believed her ex-boyfriend had done so because he had texted her “I’ll ruin your life, like you ruined mine.”
  • A reckless vehicle was reported at 5:37 p.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of Aldoro Drive.
  • A vehicle was possibly entered in the 1800 block of Murray Avenue. The incident was reported at 5:49 p.m. Saturday.
  • A car was not damaged after it was reported that the car hit the deer at 6:14 p.m. Saturday at Fox River Parkway and Highway 59.
  • A fence was tagged with a soapy spray at 7:34 p.m. Saturday in the 2100 block of Oaklawn Avenue. No report was filed as the mess would be easily cleaned.
  • An intoxicated man was reportedly staggering in and out of traffic at 7:41 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of North West Avenue. The man was warned to stay out of the road.
  • A man was advised to stop harassing another person at 8:18 p.m. Saturday in the 2400 block of Willowood Drive. The individual did not believe that the police officer was  really a police officer. The man demanded his phone number, so the man was provided the Waukesha Police Department’s number and the officer’s name.
  • A fight was reported at 8:28 p.m. Saturday at Waukesha West High School. No injuries were substantiated and police were told several different versions of the story behind the fight. The students’ parents were contacted.
  • A person with autism was out for a walk and was found by police behind the post office at 9:16 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of East Broadway. The individual was warned about the action and was given a ride home.
  • It was reported that people were driving nice cars and parking at 9:18 p.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of South West Avenue. The person told police that the person was suspicious that there might be drug activity. Police responded and found a company Halloween party.
  • A person reported at 9:27 pm. Saturday that someone had pointed a gun at him in the 2100 block of East Moreland Boulevard. The man told police he “beat the (explicative)” out of the suspects and “pistol whipped” the suspects. Dispatch could hear swearing in the background and someone discussing whether the gun was real. The individuals were gone before police arrival.
  • A person having a Halloween party with eighth grade students was warned at 9:33 p.m. Saturday to keep the noise down by 10 p.m. in the 100 block of Kilps Court East. Parents of the students were present at the party and there was no drinking.
  • A person was arrested on his fourth drunken driving offense after it was reported at 10:03 p.m. Saturday that he was passed out in a vehicle at Maple Avenue and West Main Street.
  • A person who was having a loud Halloween party at 10:48 p.m. Saturday in the 2400 block of Springdale Road was warned.
  • People were advised after a roommate disagreement was reported at 11:25 p.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of Cliff-alex Court South.
  • A theft of items from a car was reported at 11:29 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Sheffield Road.
  • A theft of items from a locked car was reported at 11:33 p.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of Fleetfoot Drive.
  • People were advised for excessively loud music at 12:32 a.m. Sunday in the 2000 block of Macarthur Road.
  • A man was arrested at 12:50 a.m. Sunday after a domestic disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Macarthur Road.
  • Two men were reportedly yelling at 1:07 a.m. Sunday at Debbie Drive and South West Avenue. The people were gone before police arrival.
  • A woman was reportedly puking in a driveway at 1:21 a.m. Sunday at Carroll and North Barstow streets.
  • A person reported at 2:32 a.m. Sunday that her door handle was rattling in the 100 block of South Grand Avenue. The person fled before police arrived.
  • An intoxicated person was warned after he was found in the median at College and Grand avenues at 2:33 a.m. Sunday.
  • A suit-wearing intoxicated man who was separated from his friends walked from The Clarke Hotel to Parkton Drive and River Place Boulevard at 3:33 a.m. Sunday. There were no problems.
  • A disturbance in a hotel room was reported at 3:55 a.m. Sunday in the 2800 block of Golf Road.
