Police Report: Recall Signs on City Property; Stolen Laundry

Waukesha Police Department calls from Dec. 3 and Dec. 4.

The following information was supplied by the Waukesha Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

  • A briefcase was stolen from a vehicle at 10:02 a.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of Cavalier Drive.
  • An ambulance was called for a 3-month-old baby after being involved in a car accident at 12:40 p.m. at Kossow Road and East Moreland Boulevard.
  • Two juveniles were arrested after a retail theft was reported at 4:01 p.m. Saturday in the 2200 block of West St. Paul Avenue.
  • Recall Walker supporters posted a sign on city property at 4:26 p.m. Saturday at Abbott Drive and Kossow Road. They were advised to not post on city property and to gain permission of businesses if they are on private property. They removed the sign.
  • A person was arrested after a retail theft was reported at 4:43 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of East Broadway.
  • A theft of clean laundry was reported at 5 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of North East Avenue.
  • A child was reportedly screaming and jumping around at 10:48 p.m. Saturday in the 2100 block of Kensington Drive. Police responded and found that the child was playing with a remote-controlled puppy before going to bed. Police noted the noise was not excessive.
  • A person was warned about loud music at 11:13 p.m. Saturday in the 2400 block of Springdale Road.
  • A person was advised after it was reported at 11:22 p.m. Saturday that he was walking through backyards in the 600 block of Lee Court. The man did so to get to his girlfriend’s house and did not intend to scare anyone.
  • A person was arrested at 2:45 a.m. Sunday after a domestic disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Dixie Drive.
