Police Report: Pedestrian Hit by Car, Harassing Text Messages

Waukesha Police Department calls from March 3 and March 4.

A 53-year-old woman was hit by a car at 12:46 p.m. Thursday at Marshview Street and Silvernail Road. The woman received head and knee injuries.

In other calls:

  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 5:03 p.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of The Strand.
  • An intoxicated man was arrested after he broke a window and was pounding on a door at 9:40 p.m. Thursday in the 300  block of West Main Street.
  • A person was warned to stop texting after it was reported that person was sending threatening text messages at 12:10 a.m. Friday in the 2100 block of Macarthur Road.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving during a traffic stop at 1:28 a.m. Friday.
  • A battery was reported at 3:50 a.m. Friday at a bar in the 300 block of Williams Street.
  • A tire was slashed at 7:55 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of Wood Street.
  • The theft of a stove and a refrigerator was reported at 9:44 a.m. Friday in the 1900 block of South Grand Avenue.
  • A person was reported that important information was possibly being stolen from the garbage at 9:57 a.m. Friday in the 2600 block of Yorkshire Court.
  • A juvenile was arrested at 10:34 a.m. Friday after it was reported the juvenile was being uncooperative at Horning Middle School, 2000 Wolf Road.
