Police Report: Overflowing Bathtub; Probation Violation

• A car vs. deer accident was reported at 6:44 a.m. Tuesday in the 3000 block of North Grandview Boulevard.
• A man was reportedly drinking beer at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday at the Waukesha Metro Transit bus station concourse.
• A three-vehicle accident was reported at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Brook and East North streets.
• A person was arrested after a battery was reported at 9:33 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Maria Street.
• An intoxicated man was arrested at 11:35 p.m. Tuesday for a probation violation after a verbal argument was reported in the 200 block of Mountain Avenue.
• A woman created a small electrical fire after her tub overflowed at 12:13 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of West Park Avenue. The intoxicated woman did not turn off the water in the tub and the water seeped into the kitchen light of the apartment below, causing the small fire.
