Police Report: Off-Duty Cop Thwarts Solicitor; Fraudulent Tax Return

  • A criminal damage to property incident was reported at 10:43 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Maple Avenue.
  • A person was cited for a tobacco violation at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday at Waukesha North High School.
  • A person was cited for truancy at 11:04 a.m. Tuesday at Waukesha North High School.
  • A woman was arrested at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of North Grand Avenue after it was reported a woman was drunk and a caller did not want to leave the woman alone.
  • A police officer from West Allis reported at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday that he was pumping gas in the 2500 block of North Grandview Boulevard when a man approached him and tried to sell him speakers. The police officer took out his badge, and the person took off in a vehicle.
  • A theft of a cell phone was reported at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of West Newhall Avenue.
  • Two arrests were made after a person requested two people be removed from a residence in the 700 block of Maple Avenue.
  • A woman was advised by the IRS that someone had filed a tax form in her name at 2:14 p.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of Ruben Drive.
  • A woman reported at 3:59 p.m. Tuesday that a neighbor continuously approaches the woman and her daughter to ask them to put her in contact with a drug dealer in the 300 block of Darlene Drive.
  • Tools were stolen from a vehicle that was parked in the 2000 block of Dixie Drive at 5:48 p.m. Tuesday.
  • A car was egged and keyed at 11:38 p.m. Tuesday in the 2800 block of Sandra Lane.
  • A person was warned about loud noise at 12:03 a.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of Beechwood Avenue.
  • A person was cited for a loud noise violation at 12:07 a.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of Oakdale Drive.
  • A man was arrested after t was reported at 1:14 a.m. Wednesday that the man was refusing to leave the 900 block of West St. Paul Avenue.
  • An arrest was made after a reckless driver was reported at 1:44 a.m. Wednesday at Summit Avenue and Brentwood Drive.
  • A person was cited for operating after revocation at 3:39 a.m. Wednesday during a traffic stop at Highway 59 and Center Road.
