Police Report: Noise Complaints; Rowdy Juveniles

Waukesha Police Department calls from Dec. 20 and Dec. 21.

  • A theft of change and a blood test kit was stolen from a vehicle at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of Hemlock Lane.
  • A theft of scrap metal was reported at 8:14 a.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of Pearl Street.
  • Graffiti was reported at 10:42 a.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of Davidson Road.
  • A disorderly conduct incident was reported at 11:42 a.m. Tuesday at Waukesha South High School.
  • One juvenile was cited for littering at Ridgewood and Wedgewood drives at 11:49 a.m. Tuesday and three other juveniles were given school detentions.
  • An arrest was made on a warrant at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday at Wisconsin Avenue and Clinton Street.
  • A caller reported at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday that she believes her neighbors have been calling her and hanging up and ringing her doorbell at night in the 1500 block of Jefferson Avenue.
  • Three callers reported at 3:49 p.m. Tuesday that a group of juveniles were beating people up, slamming doors, loitering, throwing garbage and drinking Mike’s Hard Lemonade in the 300 block of West Newhall Avenue. They were gone when police responded at 6:40 p.m. Officers were delayed in response because of the nearby standoff that required personnel to be at the standoff call.
  • A person was arrested at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Sentinel Drive.
  • An unknown person threw a rock through a window at 6:12 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of West Broadway.
  • A man was advised to leave his neighbor alone after it was reported he was screaming obscenities about her going back to prison at 7:28 p.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Pewaukee Road.
  • An arrest was made at 10:36 p.m. Tuesday after a possible underage drinking party was reported in the 100 block of Cambridge Avenue.
  • An intoxicated woman was reportedly talking mean, which upset her roommates at 11:26 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of West Newhall Avenue. The woman was given options and she agreed to go to bed.
  • A group of juveniles were reportedly using marijuana at 11:37 p.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of East Sunset Drive. The juveniles were gone before police arrival.
  • An intoxicated person was advised about noise at 1:44 a.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of Kensington Drive.
  • A person was arrested at 2:27 a.m. Wednesday after it was reported he was threatening another person in the 400 block of West Park Avenue.
  • A caller reported at 3:29 a.m. Wednesday that a neighbor was threatening the caller in the 1900 block of Madera Street after the caller had yelled at them to shut up because he could hear them walking in the apartment above him. The police officer advised the man that apartment floors are sometimes thin, which allows for footsteps to be heard, but the caller did not think it was a reasonable explanation. All was quiet in the building when police were on scene.
