Police Report: Missing Beer; Knife Call, OWI

  • A window was possibly damaged by golf balls at 9:02 a.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of Burr Oak Boulevard.
  • A verbal argument was reported at 3:19 p.m. Thursday in the 1700 block of Jefferson Avenue.
  • An intoxicated man who was stumbling in the 200 block of North West Barstow Street was transported home at 3:41 p.m. Thursday.
  • A person reported receiving a note under her door containing a racial slur at 6 p.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of Big Bend Road.
  • A person was arrested after a domestic disturbance was reported at 6:40 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Sheffield Road.
  • A man was reportedly chasing another man with a knife during a domestic dispute involving a woman at 8:14 p.m. Thursday in the 21100 block of Macarthur Road. Police were looking for the suspect, who had left the area.
  • A burglary was reported at 8:31 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of East Sutton Place. The person reported missing beer from the residence.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 12:18 a.m. Friday at Summit Avenue and Sylvan Terrace.
  • A person was arrested at 1:06 a.m. Friday after a fight was reported in the 100 block of East St. Paul Avenue. No complaint was filed for the fight but the person was on bail.
