Police Report: Loud Parties; Fights; Stolen Beer

  • A girl was arrested and taken to the juvenile shelter at 9:01 a.m. Friday after it was reported she ran away from home in the 900 block of Arcadian Avenue to avoid going to school.
  • The attempted theft of $1,300 in wire was reported at 9:34 a.m. Friday in the 2300 block of Bluemound Road.
  • A person reported that a woman was possibly running an escort service out of a hotel room at 10:26 a.m. Friday in the 2100 block of East Moreland Boulevard.
  • A harassment incident was reported at 10:46 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of North East Avenue.
  • A hit-and-run accident was reported at 12:35 p.m. Friday at Abbott Drive and Kossow Road.
  • The theft of four planters was reported at 12:58 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of West Main Street.
  • The theft of prescription medication was reported at 2:13 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of Barney Street.
  • A theft of a license plate was reported at 4:20 p.m. Friday from the 1200 block of West Sunset Drive.
  • A theft of a riding lawn mower was reported at 4:26 p.m. Friday from the 300 block of South Moreland Boulevard.
  • A person was arrested during a traffic stop at 5 p.m. Friday at East Moreland Boulevard and Springdale Road.
  • A vehicle hit a pedestrian at 5:11 p.m. Friday at Pearl Street and Highway 59.
  • A person was arrested after a fraudulent prescription was reported at 5:41 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Madison Street.
  • People reportedly were fighting at 5:51 p.m. Friday at Waukesha Public Library.
  • The theft of a 12-pack of Budweiser was reported at 6:23 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Madison Street.
  • A car accident was reported at 6:57 p.m. Friday at Plaza Court and Bluemound Road.
  • A disorderly conduct incident was reported at 7:47 p.m. Friday at South and Gaspar streets.
  • A harassment issue was reported at 7:47 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of North Grandview Boulevard.
  • A theft of a sign was reported at 7:57 pm. Friday at Highway 59 and South West Avenue.
  • An intoxicated man who was reportedly sleeping by a fire escape in the 700 block of Dopp Street was arrested at 10:04 p.m. Friday.
  • Police were flagged down about an intoxicated man who was about to drive at 11:25 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of West Main Street. The man agreed to walk home.
  • A person was cited for an underage alcohol violation and another person was arrested at 11:52 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of North East Avenue.
  • Two arrests were made at 12:16 a.m. Saturday during a traffic stop at Wisconsin Avenue and North Barstow Street.
  • A person was cited for operating after revocation at 12:19 a.m. Saturday at Arcadian and Hartwell avenues.
  • An intoxicated man who was reportedly yelling at 12:32 a.m. Saturday was advised by police and moved along at West College and North West avenues.
  • A woman reportedly ran from police at 12:48 a.m. Saturday while they were investing a drunken driving complaint at West and College avenues.
  • People were reportedly fighting at 1:04 a.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of Sherryl Lane.  No complaint was wished.
  • A verbal argument between a father and daughter was reported at 2:15 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of North Grandview Boulevard. The two were gone before police arrived.
  • Police responded to a bar in the 300 block of Williams Street at 2:20 a.m. Saturday after it was reported the security thought a man was bothering a woman. The man knew the woman and know complaint was wished.
  • A person was advised about noise at 4:04 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of Pleasant Street.
  • A person told police at 4:22 a.m. Saturday that people had been running on the roof at Family Video.
  • A TV and keys were stolen during a burglary at 9:02 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of East St. Paul Avenue.
  • People reportedly were stealing recyclables at 11:02 a.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of Kensington Drive.
  • A burglary was reported at 11:10 a.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of South East Avenue.
  • A woman reported at 11:30 a.m. Saturday that a man appeared to leave a baby in the woods at Northview and Meadowbrook roads. Police did not locate any child or anything suspicious.
  • A theft of a scooter was reported at 4:27 p.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of Silvernail Road.
  • Police were asked to respond at 4:47 p.m. Saturday at Oakdale and West Sunset drives for a report of a boy that looked about 2 years old mowing the grass. Police could not locate a 2-year-old mowing in the area.
  • A man was arrested for a domestic disturbance that was reported at 5:26 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Frame Avenue.
  • Arrests were made after a fight involving broken glass was reported at 6:41 p.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of South West Avenue.
  • A fight was reported at 6:54 p.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of Northview Road. The people were separated.
  • An intoxicated couple was arguing at 7:42 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Wisconsin Avenue.
  • A person will be cited for a loud noise violation at 8:11 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Maple Avenue.
  • A teen was arrested on a truancy warrant during an underage drinking party at 10:12 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of North East Avenue.
  • Children reportedly were throwing bottles down a hill at 10:17 p.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of South East Avenue.
  • A large loud college party was reported at 10:21 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Harrison Avenue.
  • A man reported at 11:05 p.m. Saturday that he believed his ex-wife stole his beer, cigarettes, a hat and a lighter when she came to his residence in the 1800 block of Shepherd Court for a “booty call” and discovered that he was not home. No complaint was filed.
  • Juveniles reportedly were throwing rocks at a window at 11:16 p.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of South West Avenue. The juveniles were gone upon police arrival.
  • Two juveniles were reportedly being loud at 11:57 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Dodie Drive. Nothing was loud upon police arrival.
  • People were advised after a loud party was reported at 12:56 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of North Greenfield Avenue.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 1:19 a.m. Sunday at Pewaukee Road and Buena Vista Avenue.
  • Loud people in front of a bar at 2:07 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of West Main Street were moved along.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving after a possible drunk driver was reported at McDonalds at 2:18 a.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of East Main Street. The passenger also was arrested.
  • A person was arrested after it was reported at 2:28 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Maple Avenue that loud people were standing by a vehicle.
  • A group of men were reportedly urinating in the 400 block of West Main Street at 2:35 a.m. Sunday. The people were gone before police arrived.
  • A small drinking party was cleared out by police at 2:58 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Mccall Street.
  • People were advised about a loud noise violation at 3:01 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of West Broadway.
  • An intoxicated man was reportedly yelling at 3:47 a.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of Rockridge Road.
  • A theft of cigarettes was reported at 5:32 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of East Sunset Drive.
  • A truck’s window was found smashed at 6:17 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of North Grand Avenue.
