Police Report: Kicking a Dog; Egging; Change Stolen

  • A theft of two children’s bicycles at 6:51 a.m. Monday in the 900 block of Aurora Street.
  • A theft of change was reported at 7:25 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of East Park Avenue.
  • A man reportedly kicked a dog and verbally threatened to come back and shoot the dog at 8:12 a.m. Monday in the 1100 block of East Racine Avenue. The caller just wanted the incident on file.
  • A 17-year-old girl was arrested after it was reported she “totally demolished” her house at 11:36 a.m. Monday in the 1900 block of Madera Street.
  • An identity theft incident was reported at 1:17 p.m. Monday in the 2800 block of North  Burton Court.
  • A windshield was cracked after a vehicle was egged at 3:02 p.m. Monday in the 1900 block of Easy Street.
  • A theft of fishing tackle was reported at 4:17 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of Madison Street.
  • A person was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of Spring Street after a possible drug deal was reported.
  • A person was arrested during a traffic stop at 8:24 p.m. Monday at East Broadway and Pleasant Street.
  • A house was egged at 9:02 p.m. Monday in the 1500 block of North Bel-ayr Drive.
  • A person was arrested during a traffic stop at 9:08 p.m. Monday at Sunset Drive and West Avenue.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 9:57 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of Pleasant Street.
  • A stolen vehicle was found at 11:02 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Phoenix Drive after a hit-and-run accident was reported.
  • A person was cited for loud noise at 1:36 a.m. Tuesday after police heard a disturbance in the 300 block of Jackson Court.
  • A person was arrested after refusing to pay a cab driver at 2:02 a.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of West North Street.
  • A windshield was smashed while parked in the 2400 block of North Grandview Boulevard at 2:17 a.m. Tuesday.
