Police Report: Juveniles on School Roof; More Graffiti

Waukesha Police Department calls from May 20 and May 21

Several juveniles were taken into police custody at 9:52 p.m. Friday after they climbed the roof at Meadowbrook Elementary School. The Waukesha Fire Department was called to respond to get the group of teenagers safely off the roof, according to the Waukesha Police Department call log.

In other Waukesha Police Department calls:

  • A disorderly conduct incident was reported at 7:45 a.m. Friday at Butler Middle School.
  • Graffiti was reported at 8:40 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of West Main Street.
  • Graffiti was reported at 9:06 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of West Main Street.
  • A person was arrested after it was reported a man and woman were hitting each other at 11:41 a.m. Friday while walking in the 1700 block of South West Avenue.
  • Police tasered a woman and requested an ambulance after it was reported she was cutting herself on the wrist at 7:10 p.m. Friday in Frame Park at Corrina Boulevard and North Barstow Street. An incident report was taken.
  • A person was arrested for criminal damage to property at 8:42 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Maple Avenue after being caught by a plain-clothed officer.
  • A caller reported at 10:35 p.m. Friday that a group of juveniles were throwing rocks at her vehicle at Summit Avenue and Brentwood Drive.
  • A party that had excessive noise at 12 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of North Greenfield Avenue were warned by police.
  • A group of people were advised about loud noise and fire restrictions after a party was reported at 12:13 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Wilshire Place.
  • A man was arrested for bail jumping after an altercation between two brothers was reported at 3:02 a.m. Saturday in the 2100 block of Harris-highland Drive.
  • Graffiti with swear words was painted on the Salty Toad and reported at 5:34 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Friedman Drive. The vandalism reportedly had expletives painted on the side of the building.
