Police Report: Intoxicated at Municipal Court; Naked man Running

Waukesha Police Department calls from July 21 and July 22.

Police were asked to respond after it was reported that an intoxicated man was being disorderly during municipal court at 9:32 a.m. Thursday at City Hall. The man’s attorney handled the issue.

In other Waukesha Police Department calls:

  • A 17-year-old was arrested after it was reported he smashed eight holes in the wall during a domestic disturbance at 10:33 a.m. Thursday in the 1500 block of Dover Drive.
  • Tires were reported at 1:36 p.m. Thursday to have been slashed in the 100 block of West Dunbar Avenue.
  • Tires were reported at 2:12 p.m. Thursday to have been slashed overnight in the 2500 block of Plaza Court.
  • Police were asked if their handcuff keys would work after a 12-year-old boy reportedly had a handcuff around his wrist at 2:24 p.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of Sentry Drive. The issue was handled by the Waukesha Fire Department.
  • A liquor law violation was reported at 4:46 p.m. Thursday in the 2300 block of Silvernail Road.
  • A liquor law violation was reported at 6 p.m. Thursday in the 900 block of North Barstow Street.
  • A woman was arrested for retail theft at 6:06 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of West Main Street.
  • A group of children reportedly were using a slingshot to shoot water balloons at people walking out of the library at 6:45 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of Maple Avenue.
  • A liquor law violation was reported at 8:33 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of West Main Street.
  • An alderman reported at 8:48 p.m. Thursday that obnoxiously loud music was ruining the civic band concert at Cutler Park. Police responded and determined the music was coming from the Waukesha County Fair.
  • A liquor law violation was reported at 8:56 p.m. Thursday in the  300 block of West Broadway.
  • An Illinois driver was pulled over for traveling on the wrong side of the street at 11:09 p.m. Thursday. The driver was confused about GPS directions while enroute to a downtown bar.
  • A man was cited for disorderly conduct after he was caught urinating on an old bus terminal shelter at 12:45 a.m. Friday in the 900 block of North Barstow Street.
  • A naked man was reportedly walking down the street at 1:37 a.m. Friday in the 2800 block of North University Avenue. The naked man was gone upon arrival.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2 a.m. Friday at Hoover and South West avenues.
  • An intoxicated man was taken into custody after it was reported his child’s mother woke up to find him in her bed despite a no-contact order between the two individuals at 2:16 a.m. Friday in the 900 block of Aurora Street.
