Police Report: House Egged 6 Times; OWI Arrests

Waukesha Police Department calls from April 1 and April 2

The following calls were made to the Waukesha Police Department:

  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving and a drug recognition expert was called to the scene after it was reported the person was driving recklessly at 7:29 a.m. Friday in the 2100 block of Silvernail Road.
  • A man was arrested after it was reported he was threatening staff members with a knife at a residential home at 10:49 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of Arcadian Avenue. The staff made the man give up the knife before police arrived. The man had been calling and hanging up on 9-1-1 earlier and staff told police they were working on a medication change.
  • Two arrests were made after a fight was reported at 2:56 p.m. Friday at Madison Street and South Moreland Boulevard.
  • A crossing guard and a middle school student were involved in a verbal altercation about where the student was crossing at 3:37 p.m. Friday at Grandview Boulevard and Madison Street. Police planned to follow up with the crossing guard to ensure the crossing guard is at a frame of mind for the job.
  • A person was arrested for a theft at 3:41 p.m. Friday in the 2200 block of West St. Paul Avenue.
  • A woman received a neck injury during a car accident that was reported at 5:33 a.m. Friday at East Moreland Boulevard and East Main Street.
  • A man was arrested after it was reported he was sitting in a stairwell where he was not supposed to be at 10:51 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of East St. Paul Avenue.
  • Tap That bar will be cited by mail after police also a 19-year-old man with a .19 percent blood alcohol concentration at 11:37 p.m. Friday. The teen told police he went to Tap That because he doesn’t get carded there.
  • A person was arrested on a second drunken driving offense at 1:52 a.m. Saturday during a traffic stop at Delafield Street and Summit Avenue.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2:33 a.m. Saturday at Coolidge and South Grand avenues.
  • A house that is occupied by an aide at Waukesha South High School was egged for the sixth time. The homeowner at 6:43 a.m. Saturday requested extra police checks in the 900 block of South Greenfield Avenue for Friday and Saturday nights.
