Police Report: Gun Stolen; Indecent Exposure in Car; Pedestrian Hit

  • An entry into a locked vehicle was reported at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of Deer Path.
  • Items were reportedly stolen during a burglary to a locked vehicle at 7:43 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Legend Hill Lane.
  • A person was warned about sending harassing text messages at 7:59 a.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of North Cumberland Drive.
  • A theft of aluminum and copper was reported at 8:01 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of West Sunset Drive.
  • A theft of a digital camera, a propane lantern and a GPS was reported at 8:10 a.m. Tuesday from a vehicle in the 1900 block of Foxcroft lane.
  • Items were stolen during a burglary to a locked vehicle at 8:33 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Legend Hill Lane.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 8:44 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Aurora Street.
  • A gun valued at $2,700 was stolen from a locked vehicle at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of Boulder Court.
  • A theft of a laptop computer and case and presents from a vehicle was reported at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of Deer Path.
  • Graffiti was reported at 9:34 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of North Barstow Street.
  • A man was arrested for retail theft at 9:48 a.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of East Broadway.
  • A woman was arrested during a traffic stop at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday at Sunset Drive and West Avenue.
  • A car hit a pole at 12:14 p.m. Tuesday at Dolphin and Coral drives.
  • A theft of mail from a mailbox was reported at 12:16 p.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of Dresser Avenue.
  • A purse with narcotic equipment was found in the garbage at 1:27 p.m. Tuesday in the 2200 block of West St. Paul Avenue.
  • A theft of two bicycles from an unlocked garage was reported at 1:49 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Tenny Avenue.
  • A man, who was in his 60s, had an ambulance called for him after he was hit by a vehicle at 2:04 p.m. Tuesday at North Washington and Summit avenues.
  • A female passenger was reportedly refusing to get off the bus and was throwing items at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday at Heritage Lane and Springdale Road. The police call was canceled because the woman got off the bus.
  • A theft of checks was reported at 3:31 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Linden Street.
  • A person was cited and released after the police chief called about a solicitor he was out with at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of River Hill Drive.
  • A caller reported that the caller’s roommate had a conspiracy plot to steal animals from PetWorld at 10:53 p.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of White Rock Avenue. Police responded and determined the call was unfounded.
  • Three men who were having a verbal argument in a parking lot in the 2400 block of North Grandview Boulevard at 11:42 p.m. Tuesday were removed from the property. The bar did not want to file a complaint.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 1:35 a.m. Wednesday in the 2800 block of North Grandview Boulevard.
  • Individuals in a car in the Lowell Elementary School parking lot at 4:40 a.m. Wednesday were warned after they admitted to police they had sexual relations in the vehicle. The people were moved along from the area.
  • A person was arrested during a traffic stop at 5:37 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of West Moreland Boulevard.
