Police Report: Gas Siphoned From Vehicles; Attempted Theft of Beer

Waukesha Police Department calls from April 14 and April 15

A woman in the 700 block of East North Street reported at 6:55 a.m. Thursday having two vehicles having the gas siphoned off on two different occasions.

Police will be doing extra patrols in the area as a result

  • The theft of an iPod and two portable DVD players was reported at 7:37 a.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of Chapman Drive.

  • A man was arrested after it was reported he was laying by a tree at 5:14 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of North Hartwell Avenue.
  • A man was arrested for bail jumping and the attempted theft of beer at 6:07 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of North Grand Avenue.
  • A person was arrested after it was reported the person had stolen five video games from Walmart at 6:51 p.m. Thursday.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 7:11 p.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of Patricia Lane.
  • A man was chasing another man with a baseball bat at 8:28 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Williams Street. The altercation was believed to be gang related.
  • A man was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving after he was reported at 12:15 a.m. Friday to be drunken driving while going through a drive through in the 1600 block of East Main Street.
