Police Report: 'Fooling Around' in Vehicle; OWI; Buying Cocaine

• A person was warned by police that they can’t live in a vehicle at 6:48 a.m. Monday at Whitby Court and North University Drive. The neighbor told police they had seen a man sleeping in the vehicle, and cooking and bathing in the back.
• Four tires on a vehicle were flattened at 11:57 a.m. Monday in the 300 block of West Newhall Avenue.
• A man was asking police at 1:24 p.m. Monday if they had ever caught a suspect who reportedly sexually assaulted him in the 1940s. The man had been having nightmares about it and was advised by police to seek psychiatric help.
• An indecent exposure incident was reported at 2:36 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of East Main Street.
• A suspicious package in the 1100 block of Ellis Street was spotted by a Waukesha Metro Transit bus driver. Police made contact with the owner of the package, who said it was her newspapers bundled up for recycling.
• A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving at 3:12 p.m. Monday after driving recklessly from Madison Street and North Grandview Boulevard to a fast food restaurant.
• A woman in the 400 block of North Moreland Boulevard reported to police at 5:30 p.m. Monday that she was held against her will and that her car was damaged when she went to buy cocaine in Milwaukee. The woman was advised to contact police in Milwaukee.
• A 70-year-old woman possibly overdosed on medication at 6:40 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of East College Avenue. The woman’s son reportedly kept swearing at the dispatcher and called the dispatcher an “idiot.”
• An intoxicated man who hadn’t moved in an hour near bathrooms in Frame Park was taken to detox at 7:18 p.m. Monday.
• A criminal damage to property incident was reported at 7:47 p.m. Monday in the 1500 block of Big Bend Road.
• A loud party with fireworks was reported at 9:12 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of Kimberly Drive. Nothing was found upon police arrival.
• A possible drunk driver was reported at 9:12 p.m. Monday at South East and West Newhall avenues, but the caller lost the vehicle before police arrived.
• A building in the 300 block of South Street was tagged by a brown crayon at 11:11 p.m. Monday. No report was filed as the graffiti could easily be wiped off.
• An arrest was made after it was reported two women were fighting at 11:22 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of South Street.
• An elderly woman who suffered from dementia was turned over to family members after she was found at 11:36 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of West Main Street. Family members believed she had driven to the location from Illinois. She was treated at the hospital for a medical condition.
• A person was arrested on a warrant at 12:02 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of East St. Paul Avenue.
• Two vehicles parked at an auto body shop were damaged in a hit-and-run accident at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday at West St. Paul and North Prairie avenues.
• A house and a truck were reportedly egged at 6:22 a.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of Minot Lane.
• A homeless man was reportedly asking people for a ride in the 1600 block of East Main Street at 6:28 a.m. Tuesday. The man was advised.
• People were warned at 6:29 a.m. Tuesday after they were found by police in the back of a truck not wearing clothing and “fooling around” in the 1900 block of Macarthur Road.
