Police Report: Fleeing Police; Graffiti; Rollover Accident

Waukesha Police Department calls from April 11 and April 12

Several arrests were made after a vehicle fled the area during a traffic stop at 9:55 p.m. Monday. The police blotter states the vehicle was traveling at 70 miles per hour while approaching Sunset Drive and that the vehicle blew through a red light.

A taser was used on the scene, according to the call log.

  • A new boardwalk was tagged with spray paint and reported at 8:59 a.m. Monday at Fox River Parkway and West Sunset Drive.
  • A theft was reported at Waukesha West High School at 2:40 p.m. Monday.
  • The theft of a package was reported at 2:48 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Lambeth Road.
  • A man was injured in a rollover accident at 3:33 p.m. Monday at Greenmeadow Drive and Summit Avenue.
  • Police responded to the 2000 block of South Grand Avenue after it was reported at 4:36 p.m. Monday that a woman was involved in an altercation with a knife.
  • A woman reported having $6,000 she kept in a sock in her purse stolen at 6:33 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of Wood Street.
  • A woman was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving at North Hartwell and Arcadian avenues after it was reported Β at 11:43 p.m. Monday that a woman was stumbling out of a gas station and smelling like alcohol. A citizen followed the vehicle while on the phone with police.
  • Arrests were made on warrants after a loud noise violation was reported at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of West Park Avenue.
  • A person was arrested after it was reported he was sleeping underneath a train at 12:51 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Wiliams Street.
