Police Report: Fight Over Girl, Theft of Booze

Waukesha Police Department calls from Feb. 28.

A group of teenage boys was warned to stay away from each other after they were fighting over a girl that went to their high school.

Police were called to at 3:08 p.m. Monday when it was reported that an altercation had taken place and that the group of juveniles were armed with bats and knives. It is unclear in the report if the original statement that weapons were involved was a legitimate issue.

  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 7:42 a.m. Monday in the 300 block of West College Avenue.
  • A woman was arrested for retail theft at 8:54 a.m. Monday in the 2300 block of West St. Paul Avenue.
  • The theft of alcohol was reported at 9:15 a.m. Monday in the 2300 block of West St. Paul Avenue.
  • An arrest was made after it was reported several children were causing problems at 9:21 a.m. Monday at Waukesha Public Library.
  • A person was arrested for retail theft at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the 1500 block of East Moreland Boulevard.
  • The theft of an iPod was reported at 6:39 p.m. Monday in the 2100 block of East Broadway.
  • A man was arrested after it was reported at 7:57 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of Dodie Drive that the man had threatened to beat up  his girlfriend and in the past had threatened to kill the woman and her family.
