Police Report: Easter Basketball Game; Domestic Disturbances; Reckless Driving

Waukesha Police Department calls from April 24 and April 25.

A group of juveniles was warned by police after an Easter basketball game got out of control at 2:57 p.m. Sunday at Estberg and Scott avenues. The juveniles reportedly were screaming at each other during the game.

In other Waukesha Police Department calls:

  • A man was arrested in the 2400 block of Sprindale Road by the Brookfield Police Department at the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Deaprtment at 10:07 p.m. Sunday. The man was arrested after a domestic disturbance that involved an injured woman. The other agencies responded in a mutual aid request as all Waukesha police officers were at other locations, including the fatal train accident.
  • A hit-and-run accident was reported at 10:43 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of South West Avenue.
  • A person was arrested during a traffic stop at 12:55 a.m. Monday at Garfield Avenue and West Sunset Drive.
  • A person was arrested after it was reported a vehicle was doing donuts and burnouts at 12:57 a.m. Monday in the 300 block of Jackson Court.
  • A person was arrested after a domestic disturbance was reported at 1:15 a.m. Monday in the 300 block of West St. Paul Avenue.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving after a reckless driver was reported at 4:07 a.m. Monday in the 300 block of Jackson Court.
