Police Report: Drunk People; Burglaries and Thefts; Person Tased

Waukesha Police Department calls from Nov. 18 to Nov. 20.

  • A vehicle was broken into at 8:53 a.m. Friday in the 1400 block of East Moreland Boulevard.
  • An employee was arrested for retail theft at a business in the 2300 block of Bluemound Road at 9:43 a.m. Friday.
  • A disorderly conduct incident was reported at 10:17 a.m. Friday at Horning Middle School.
  • A theft from a mailbox was reported at 10:37 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Central Avenue.
  • A person reported at 10:41 a.m. Friday that he had an issue with the way his neighbor placed the leaves in the 100 block of Estberg Avenue. The caller later realized he did not have a problem.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct at 11:19 a.m. Friday in the 900 block of Summit Avenue.
  • A theft of a gas can was reported at 11:23 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of Elizabeth Street.
  • A woman reported that she was upset when another tenant called her a name at 12:45 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of Corrina Boulevard.
  • People were arguing over an affair at 4:30 p.m. Friday in the 2000 block of Dixie Drive. No complaint was filed.
  • A caller reported that another person threw something out a vehicle window, striking the caller’s vehicle at 5:05 p.m. Friday at Madison and Third streets. 
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving after it was reported the person was driving into oncoming traffic at 6:07 p.m. Friday at Pewaukee and Northview roads. The vehicle had clipped another vehicle’s mirror.
  • A burglary to a garage was reported at 6:13 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of Chestnut Lane.
  • A burglary to a garage was reported at 6:39 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of Debbie Drive.
  • Three people were arrested during a traffic stop at 7:20 p.m. Friday at Walmart.
  • A group of people playing ding-dong-ditch were advised about proper behavior at 8:48 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Saratoga Road.
  • A couple was reportedly arguing at 11:44 p.m. Friday in the 2800 block of Sussex Lane after the man hid the wife’s wallet upon the advice of a pastor to keep the woman from drinking. The man returned the wallet and left for the evening.
  • An intoxicated woman was pounding on a front door at 2:06 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of Maple Way North. The woman thought she was at her grandfather’s house.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2:16 a.m. Saturday at East Newhall Avenue and South Charles Street.
  • A person was arrested for a probation violation after a fight was reported at 2:17 a.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of Kensington Drive.
  • A person was arrested for bail jumping at 2:45 a.m. Saturday during a traffic stop at Blackhawk Trail and Highway 164.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 3:09 a.m. Saturday at Northview and North University Drive.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving at 4 a.m. Saturday at South East and West Newhall avenues.
  • A woman was arrested at 4:18 a.m. Saturday after a domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Sentinel Drive.
  • An intoxicated man who was sleeping in the entryway of an apartment building was removed and moved along at 5:29 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of Gabriel Drive. The man had been in the hallway of the wrong apartment complex and was advised by police.
  • A person was reported stolen at 10:36 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Pewaukee Road.
  • Security in the 2400 block of Golf Road reported at 3:25 p.m. Saturday a possible hunting violation because a hunter was within 400 yards of the building. The hunter was gone before police arrived and the caller was advised to contact the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources about any hunting violations.
  • Children reportedly were throwing rocks at cars at 5:16 p.m. Saturday in the 1900 bock of Kensington Drive.
  • A 17-year-old boy was reportedly mugged at 6 p.m. Saturday and had his keys stolen in the 2400 block of Pebble Valley Road.
  • An intoxicated person reportedly harassing people at 7:37 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of East Main Street. The person was advised about his behavior and was sent on his way.
  • A person was arrested at 8:32 p.m. Saturday during a traffic stop in the 1900 block of East North Street.
  • An intoxicated man wearing a Green Bay Packers jacket reportedly was stumbling and falling down at 8:53 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Summit Avenue. The man was walking home and no report was filed.
  • People were cited for loud noise at 9:02 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Delafield Street.
  • A person was tased by police and arrested at 9:35 p.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of Madera Street after a domestic disturbance was reported.
  • People were warned after a loud party was reported at 11:05 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Maria Street.
  • A 2-year-old child was screaming for 20 minutes because the child did not want to go to sleep at 11:16 p.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of Kensington Drive.
  • Three arrests were made at 12:15 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Madison Street after a domestic disturbance was reported.
  • A person was arrested at 12:28 a.m. Sunday after a domestic disturbance was reported in the 1800 block of South West Avenue.
  • A person was arrested for a retail theft at 1:13 a.m. Sunday at Walmart.
  • A person reported at 1:15 a.m. Sunday that a person had forgotten to turn off the TV and it was noisy. The DVD was playing the music on the menu.
  • A person was arrested during a traffic stop at 2:08 a.m. Sunday at Davidson Road and East Main Street.
  • A person was arrested after a fight was reported at 2:23 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Friedman Drive.
  • A noise complaint was made at 2:27 a.m. Sunday in the 1900 block of Madera Street.
