Loud kids at 9:18PM!! Try Buckley street at any given time especially on the weekends. Motorcycle cruisers [NOT your everyday courteous drivers] rev motors and roar by, yesterday [Sat.] at 2:15AM. They don't live at River's Edge or the Clock Tower apts. but we who do need to shut our doors no matter how hot out to hear each other or TV. Some years ago I got a warning ticket for a loud muffler....decibels far lower than these jerk's bikes! I had to prove I had a new muffler within 48 hours or incur a fine.
