Police Report: Drug Disputes; OWI Arrests; New Year's Fights

The following information was supplied by the Waukesha Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

  • Graffiti was reported at 8:41 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of Coolidge Avenue. The area was tagged with black and pink spray paint with the words “swag” and “Killa X”
  • A person was arrested at 4:27 p.m. Monday for violating a temporary restraining order in the 1700 block of East Racine Avenue.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 8:58 p.m. Monday at Nike Drive and East Main Street.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 10:29 p.m. Monday at South Grand Avenue and West Sunset Drive.
  • A woman was arrested at 11:04 p.m. Monday after a domestic disturbance was reported in the 1800 block of Haymarket Road.
  • An arrest was made at 11:50 p.m. Monday after it was reported a man was intoxicated and violated a no-contact order in the 100 block of North Racine Avenue. The woman reported he got into a physical altercation so she bit him before he left with his 4-year-old son. Police had to search for the 4-year-old boy,  who was found crying at home. The boy was taken to the hospital for exposure.
  • An arrest was made after a domestic disturbance was reported at 12:22 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of West Main Street.
  • An arrest was made after a person was injured in a car accident at 12:25 a.m. Tuesday at Northview and Pebble Valley roads.
  • A fight was reported at 12:39 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of East Main Street.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving at 1:04 a.m. Tuesday at East Broadway and Barney Street after a car accident was reported.
  • A disorderly conduct incident was reported at 1:07 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of West Main Street.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving at 2:47 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Summit Avenue after it was reported a driver nearly ran down a group.
  • A caller reported hearing a woman screaming and yelling and that it sounded like the woman was in pain at 2:55 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Wisconsin Avenue. Police made contact with a couple who said they were having sex. The couple was warned about noise.
  • A man, who believed he was Jesus Christ, was yelling and screaming, waving his arms sporadically on the Carroll University campus at 3:28 a.m. Tuesday. Police told the man to go home in the 300 block of North East Avenue. The man was semi-uncooperative because he wanted to continue praying loudly outside. The man was told he could pray outside in the morning.
  • Two arrests were made at 4:48 a.m. Tuesday after a fight was reported in the 2500 block of Plaza Court. An ambulance was called for a 16-year-old girl who was bleeding from the nose.
  • An arrest was made at 4:57 a.m. Tuesday after it was reported two intoxicated women were knocking on a person’s window in the 900 block of North Hartwell Avenue.
  • A man reported having another person point a gun in the man’s face over a $50 drug dispute at 1:37 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Jackson Court. The man waited a full day before reporting the gun-related incident.
  • A woman was reportedly harassing an upstairs neighbor, knocking on the door, yelling and cussing at 1:38 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Kimberly Drive. The suspect told police she was looking for a friend to talk to. Police advised the woman that her neighbor doesn’t want to be her friend and that if she continues the behavior, the woman will be cited.
  • An arrest was made for disorderly conduct at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Madison Street.
  • A man was arrested during a domestic violence incident that required a 12-year-old boy to run from the house to call police at 7:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of Coronado Street. A 16-year-old boy tried fighting the man, his stepfather, in order to protect his mother who was the target of the violence.
  • An arrest was made at the homeless shelter at 1721 Northview Road at 8:07 p.m. Tuesday after it was reported that a man came in with a toy handcuff on his wrist.
  • A man staying at the homeless shelter at 1721 Northview Road at 9:06 p.m. Tuesday was banned from the shelter after it was reported he tried to choke another man at the shelter.
  • A man reportedly pointed a gun at a woman at 11:51 a.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of Jackson Court because the woman’s boyfriend owed him money for drugs. The suspect lived in the 1100 block of White Rock Avenue.
  • A theft of cash, an iPad and a Samsung Galaxy was reported at 3:37 p.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of Hudson Way.
  • A burglary was reported at 4:46 p.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of South West Avenue. Landscaping equipment was stolen.
  • A man reported at 5:04 p.m. Wednesday that Nano technology was used to burglarize his apartment and steal his December bank statements in the 2100 block of Kensington Drive. The man also believed someone left feces on his toilet. No reported was filed.
  • A package was reported stolen at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Randall Street.
  • A theft of scrap metal was reported at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 2200 block of Silvernail Road.
  • A 51-year-old man reported he was having problems with his 88-year-old father calling and lecturing him in the 1000 block of Delafield Street at 6:22 p.m. Wednesday. Police advised the man to ignore what his father says or to cease communication with his father.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 12:32 a.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Kimberly Drive.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 5:38 a.m. Thursday at Silvernail Road and North Grandview Boulevard.
