• A theft of construction equipment was reported at 11:33 a.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Springbrook North.
• A theft was reported at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday at Waukesha Public Library.
• An identity theft incident was reported at 1:22 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Bluemound Road.
• A arrest was made after a manager reported seeing an employee do a drug deal at 2:28 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of East North Street.
• A disorderly conduct incident was reported at 2:43 p.m. Tuesday at Horning Middle School.
• An arrest was made after a disorderly conduct incident was reported at 3:44 p.m. Tuesday at Waukesha Public Library.
