Police Report: Cocaine Pipe in Toilet; Juvenile With a Moon

Waukesha Police Department calls from May 10 and May 11

A juvenile reportedly was mooning other vehicles at 3:06 p.m. Wednesday at Northview Road and University Drive. Police made contact with the parents about the juvenile’s behavior after the juvenile admitted to the indecent exposure incident.

In other Waukesha Police Department calls:

  • A theft was reported at 5:02 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Bonnie Lane.
  • A person reportedly found a cocaine pipe in the toilet at 5:24 p.m. Tuesday in the 2700 block of North University Avenue. The pipe apparently was left behind by the former tenant.
  • A person was arrested after a bike was stolen at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday from a lawn in the 800 block of Beechwood Avenue. The suspect reportedly a child the suspect needed the bike to buy drugs near Central Middle School.
  • A person was arrested for retail theft at Walmart at 5:49 p.m. Tuesday.
  • Police responded at 8:45 p.m. to a car that rolled down an embankment at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of Golf Road. The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department handled the investigation, which the blotter indicates was alcohol related.
  • A person was arrested following a domestic disturbance at 10:41 p.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of South West Avenue.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2:02 a.m. Wednesday at South Street and North Barstow Street.
  • A car hit a flag pole at 7:27 a.m. Wednesday at Brook Street and East St. Paul Avenue.
  • A person reported to police at 8:01 a.m. Wednesday to police he was stabbed last week, believed that there was cloning going on, was receiving threats and was receiving messages through satellites and wave lengths. Police could not observe any stab wounds.
  • The theft of a laptop was reported at 1:13 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of Delafield Street.
