Police Report: Chase; Washing Clothes in Park; Smashing Picture

  • A theft of a plow and a bucket was reported at 8:46 a.m. Monday in the 1400 block of Big Bend Road.
  • A theft of bicycles was reported at 9:34 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of Wilbur Avenue.
  • Rocks were reportedly thrown through a window at 10:29 a.m. Monday in the 1300 block of Arcadian Avenue.
  • A reckless vehicle led police on a chase at 10:45 a.m. Monday at Northview Road and Emslie Drive.
  • A person was reportedly threatening volunteers at 11:20 a.m. Monday at the Hope Center.
  • A theft of a Wii game was reported at 1:28 p.m. Monday in the 700 block of North Grand Avenue.
  • A man was reportedly washing his clothes in Frame Park at 3:14 p.m. Monday. The man was gone upon police arrival.
  • A person was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of West Newhall Avenue after an argument was reported.
  • A juvenile was warned about skateboarding in the city’s parking garage at 6:04 p.m. Monday in 200 block of South Street.
  • A man was arrested for bail jumping after he smashed a picture at 7:17 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of East Main Street.
  • A person was arrested during a traffic stop at 10:10 p.m. Monday at Wisconsin and North East avenues.
  • Two people were arrested during a traffic stop at midnight Tuesday during a traffic stop at East Moreland Boulevard and Springdale Road.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 2:31 a.m. Tuesday at the Five Points after he was observed by a police officer swearing loudly.
  • A person was arrested at 2:58 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of West Main Street after they were found behind a downtown building.
