Police Report: ‘Cash for Junkers’ and Bag of Feces

Waukesha Police Report from March 7 and March 8

The following calls were made to the Waukesha Police Department:

  • The theft of rims from a 2011 truck was reported at 8:15 a.m. Monday in the 1900 block of East Main Street.
  • A twin brother was reported using his brother’s information when receiving a citation at 10 a.m. Monday at the Waukesha Police Department.
  • A sixth grade and seventh grade student were reported to being involved with a drug deal that was followed up by police at Waukesha STEM Academy-Randall Campus at 2:22 p.m. Monday. The original incident involved the middle school students last week.
  • Two teenage boys were reported to be pelting a house with ice and snow at 3:09 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Camden Way. The boys were gone when police arrived. 
  • A person reported finding a bag of feces on a stairwell at 3:12 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of West College Avenue. The person believed it was either a former tenant who left several items behind and did minor damage to the apartment.
  • An unknown person put stickers stating “cash for junkers” on vehicles that were abandoned. Police were dispatched to the 1100 block of White Rock Avenue at 3:36 p.m. Monday to handle the issue.
  • A person who was trying to pay for gas and cigarettes with a check made off with the cigarettes at 8:28 p.m. Monday in the 1600 block of East Main Street after a clerk questioned the person’s identity.
  • Three arrests were made following a traffic stop at 12:03 a.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of Corrina Boulevard. One arrest was for suspicion of drunken driving.
  • Two arrests were made during a traffic stop after police found that a car was full of scrap metal at 1:59 a.m. Tuesday at Douglass and South East avenues.
  • The Waukesha Fire Department ventilated an apartment at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of East North Street after an apartment resident burned food.
