Police Report: Burglary; Loud Noise; Siphoning Gas

  • A burglary was reported at 9:05 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of West Sunset Drive.
  • A theft was reported at 1:04 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Darlene Drive.
  • A caller reported that someone was trying to siphon gas from a vehicle at 3:30 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of Big Bend Road.
  • An elderly woman was inside a restaurant in the 100 block of North West Barstow Street and it was reported she was lost at 4:18 p.m. Friday. The woman lived nearby in Avalon Square.
  • An arrest was made after a domestic disturbance was reported at 6:28 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of East Wabash Avenue.
  • A person was warned about open intoxicants at 7:41 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of West Main Street.
  • People were warned about loud noise after a party was reported at 10:12 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of Maple Avenue.
  • Juveniles were reportedly throwing items at a house at 10:55 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of Harvey Avenue.
  • An arrest was made after it was reported a person stole a purse from a car at 11:33 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of Coolidge Avenue.
  • A verbal fight was reported at 1:46 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of North East Avenue.
  • A person was arrested at 2:03 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Delafield Street.
  • A woman was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving at 2:52 a.m. Saturday after it was reported the woman was stopped at a green light at Highway 59 and East Racine Avenue.
  • A person was arrested at 3:10 a.m. Saturday after it was reported that a person was passed out in a lawn.
  • An arrest was made after a neighbor altercation was reported at 4:54 a.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of Michigan Avenue. The altercation reportedly began after outdoor decorations and flower planters were destroyed.
  • A dog was reportedly getting sick from a dead rabbit that was in a trap that was placed in a backyard in the 100 block of North Washington Avenue at 9:22 a.m. Saturday. A person was advised.
  • A theft of a radio was reported at 10:42 a.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of Oakdale Drive.
  • A credit card fraud incident was reported at 1:41 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Oakland Avenue.
  • A juvenile was reportedly out of control at 1:44 p.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of Brookstone Lane.
  • A woman was arrested after a domestic disturbance was reported at 2:33 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Catherine Street.
  • A person was arrested during a traffic stop at 3:12 p.m. Saturday at Victory and West Sunset drives.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 7:32 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Friedman Drive.
  • A theft of a cell phone was reported at 7:45 p.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of Arcadian Avenue.
  • A person was arrested at 8:54 p.m. Saturday after a traffic stop in the 2500 block of North Grandview Boulevard.
  • A person was cited for open intoxicants at 9:39 p.m. Saturday at Corrina Boulevard and North Barstow Street.
  • Two arrests were made at 10:36 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of East Garfield Avenue.
  • Loud noise was reported at 11:54 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of East Main Street.
  • A theft of a wallet was reported at 12:36 a.m. Sunday in the 2800 block of North Grandview Boulevard.
  • A person was warned about loud noise at 2:08 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Williams Street.
  • People were reportedly yelling after leaving a bar in the 300 block of West Main Street at 2:34 a.m. Sunday.
