Police Report: Burglary; Broken Ice Sculpture

  • Weapons were reportedly stolen during a burglary at 7:17 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Guthrie Road.
  • A wallet was reported stolen from an unlocked car at 12:51 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Dodie Drive.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 6:09 p.m. Saturday at Hoover Avenue and Hickory Drive North.
  • An arrest was made on a warrant after a 17-year-old boy and his mother were arguing at 7:20 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of South Grand Avenue.
  • Juveniles reportedly shot a BB gun at a car at 8:08 p.m. Saturday near North Hine and Summit avenues.
  • A car accident was reported at 8:17 p.m. Saturday at Manhattan Drive and East Moreland Boulevard. The accident involved at least one injury after the car hit a light pole.
  • A battery was reported at 8:58 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Kilps Court East.
  • Arrests were made at 12:25 a.m. Sunday during a traffic stop at West St. Paul Avenue and Fuller Street.
  • A person was having a problem with Carroll University students walking on her driveway at 12:45 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Mccall Street. Police made contact with the neighbor, who was throwing the party. The neighbor told police he was trying to not have his friends walk on the driveway when they left his house.
  • An arrest was made after a disturbance outside a bar was reported at 1:49 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Williams Street.
  • Police chased a vehicle that was traveling at 80 mph and blowing stop signs at 2:47 a.m. Sunday near Tenny Avenue and East Sunset Drive.
  • An ice sculpture was broken at 3:12 a.m. Sunday at North Grand Avenue and South Street.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving and crashed into a building at 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of West Sunset Drive.
  • People were warned about noise at 3:41 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of Delafield Street.
