Police Report: Battery, Retail Theft and Noise Violations

Waukesha Police Department calls from March 11 and March 12

A man reported that two people followed him at 8:03 p.m. Friday into his apartment in the 1100 block of White Rock Avenue, punched him in the face and called him a β€œkiller,” referencing a drug overdose death. The people threatened to beat up the man.

The man did not press charges and police warned him to keep his apartment door locked.

  • A person was arrested for a battery after it was reported at 12:03 p.m. Friday that the suspect in a battery was located in the 1600 block of Oakdale Drive.
  • A person was arrested for retail theft at 1:44 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of East Moreland Boulevard.
  • A person was arrested at 2:40 p.m. Friday after it was reported the person violated a no-contact order in the 1400 block of Cottonwood Drive.
  • A person was arrested after a retail theft was reported at 5:33 p.m. Friday at Goodwill, 1400 Nike Drive.
  • Two people were injured when an accident was reported at 6:08 p.m. Friday at Madison Street and West St. Paul Avenue.
  • A person was arrested after an accident was reported at 6:18 p.m. Friday at East Moreland Boulevard and East Main Street.
  • Arrests were made after a person broke a finger during a battery incident at 10 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of Pewaukee Road.
  • A person was cited for a loud noise violation after a loud party involving alcohol was reported at 11:07 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of West Dunbar Avenue.
  • A man, who was not intoxicated, was advised after he fell asleep while stopped at a red light at 11:40 p.m. Friday in the 1800 block of West St. Paul Avenue.
  • A person was advised for a loud noise violation and the ability to run a bar while intoxicated after a DJ was trying to see how loud the speakers could get at 1:27 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Williams Street.
  • A person was arrested after a woman reported two intoxicated men she knew sometimes carry weapons were pounding on her door at 2:32 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Hoover Avenue.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving during a traffic stop at 2:39 a.m. Saturday during a traffic stop at South Grand and West College avenues.
  • A person was advised about a loud noise issue after the person apparently left the DVD menu playing too loud on the TV at 4:34 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of West Main Street.
