Police Report: Angered Clerk and Disorderly Conduct at Schools

Waukesha Police Department call log from March 14

A clerk, who was upset, called police to say customers were eating food without paying. Police were called to the 100 block of East Broadway at 10:24 p.m. Monday and spoke with a customer. The customer told police he pre-paid for $60 in gas and pumped $58.18. The customer went into the gas station and grabbed a 99-cent bag of chips but did not verify the purchase with the clerk.

The customer was warned that the clerk did not want the customer to return to the store. Police gave the customer information about filing a complaint against the clerk.
