Police Report: 2 Vehicles Stolen; 5 OWI Arrests

Waukesha Police Department Calls from Aug. 18 and Aug. 19.

The following information was supplied by the  Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

  • A shop was burglarized overnight and reported at 8:22 a.m. Thursday in the 1300 block of East Main Street.  A customer’s 1999 Cadillac was stolen, as well as a laptop, rims and a radio.
  • Neighbors were told to avoid each other after a civil issue involving a pit bull being on an apartment building’s common lawn was reported at 11:41 a.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of South Grand Avenue.
  • A disorderly conduct incident was reported at 12:35 p.m. Thursday in the 2600 block of Fielding Lane.
  • A theft of a laptop from a locked vehicle was reported at 3:33 p.m. Thursday in the 2300 block of East Moreland Boulevard.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant at 5:09 p.m. Thursday in the 900 block of North Grandview Boulevard.
  • A person was arrested on a warrant after it was reported he was in the 100 block of Cambridge Avenue at 6:28 p.m. Thursday.
  • A theft of a 20-year-old bike was reported at 8:03 p.m. Thursday at Waukesha West High School.
  • Juveniles reportedly were being disorderly at 9:02 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of East St. Paul Avenue.
  • Four juveniles who were playing hide and seek at 9:21 p.m. Thursday in the 2600 block of Fielding Lane after a caller reported thinking the juveniles were suspicious as they ran from him.
  • The theft of a silver Audi that had its keys left in the vehicle was reported at 10:51 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of Elizabeth Street.
  • Juveniles reportedly were throwing rocks at a school and on the roof at Hawthorn Elementary School at 11:11 p.m. Thursday.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving at 12:03 a.m. Friday at Maple and West College avenues.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving at 12:25 a.m. Friday at North Grand Avenue and South Street.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving at 12:37 a.m. Friday at West College and South West avenues.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving at 1:09 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of East Broadway.
  • A person was arrested on suspicion of intoxicated driving at 2:15 a.m. Friday at West Main and North Barstow streets.
  • Two people were warned about a noise violation after it was reported they were intoxicated and arguing over relationship issues at 3:06 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of West College Avenue.
