UPDATED: Pellet Gun Pointed at Person

Waukesha Police Department investigating incident that occurred at Maple and Dunbar avenues.

The is investigating an incident after a person pointed a BB gun at woman, prompting police to conduct a high-risk traffic stop Friday afternoon near Dunbar and Maple avenues.

Officers responded to the area with some tactical gear as they were treating the traffic stop as a weapon call.

“We are always going to treat it as if it is a real gun,” Sgt. Jerry Habanek said.

Police could be heard on scene ordering someone out of the vehicle. WISN 12 is reporting that three people were arrested.
