Police Beat Fire in Rematch Charity Basketball Game

Waukesha police and fire battled out the ultimate rematch during Friday's third annual Police and Fire Basketball Challenge.

The Waukesha Police Department is now 2-1 in the basketball matchups against the Waukesha Fire Department.

The Waukesha police officers – with Police Chief Russell Jack making his debut – defeated the Waukesha firefighters 62-60 in the third annual Police and Fire Basketball Challenge.

Proceeds from the event were donated to the Waukesha Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association, Camp Timberlee's burn victim camp and the Special Olympics of Wisconsin.
