No Injuries in S. Grand Ave. Fire

The Waukesha Fire Department puts out fire that started Monday afternoon.

The four people who were inside a house that caught fire Monday afternoon made it out of the home unharmed.

“They all go out fine,” said Battalion Chief Steve Ore. “They said that they heard the thunder … and all the power went out in the home.”

When they left the house after the lightning strike, they started to smell the smoke from the fire, according to Ore.
