No Fake Emergency During Traffic Stop This Time

Aisha R. Jackson, 33, of Waukesha, who is on probation for making fake 911 phone calls to avoid traffic tickets, was arrested after a Waukesha police officer found marijuana stashed in her bra, according to a criminal complaint.

It was one traffic stop she couldn’t get out of by faking an emergency.

Aisha R. Jackson, 33, of Waukesha was convicted earlier this year after being accused of calling 911 for fake emergencies to get out of traffic tickets seven times in Waukesha. But when she was a passenger in a car that was pulled over in March, she ended up being charged with a felony – with no fake emergency call being placed to Waukesha dispatchers.

Jackson was charged Monday in Waukesha County Court with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. If convicted, she faces up to 1.5 years in prison and $10,000 in fines. She was on probation at the time of her arrest for faking emergencies in Waukesha.

At the Waukesha Police Department, Jackson asked to use the bathroom and she had unusual behavior while being monitored by the female police officer, the complaint states. The officer asked Jackson if she was hiding anything else, so Jackson pulled a second baggie of marijuana from her bra, according to a criminal complaint.

The total amount of marijuana found weighed almost 105 grams, the complaint states.

Jackson told a police officer she was babysitting her sister’s children in Milwaukee where she also purchased the marijuana for personal use for $280. She purchased the large amount, according to the complaint, because she didn’t know when she would be returning to purchase more marijuana.
