$25K Bail For Minn. Man Arrested in Sex Sting

A 42-year-old Minnesota man is facing charges after he was arrested by the Waukesha Police Department after attempting to pick up a teenage girl for sex in Waukesha last week, according to a criminal complaint.

Bradley J. Nybo, of Coon Rapids, Minn., was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Monday with one count of attempted sexual assaulted of a child less than 16 years old and four counts of possession of child pornography. If convicted, he faces up to 125 years in prison and $450,000 in fines.

An undercover Waukesha investigator was chatting with Nybo, who was using the online handle of "daddluvsynggls," and offered to have Nybo meet up with a 14-year-old girl for sex, according to the criminal complaint.

Nybo responded to the officer, saying he would love to do that and he was in Chicago area on Friday, so he would come through Wisconsin, according to the complaint. He boasted to the investigator that he likes girls between 10 and 18 years old, and once, when he was 30, slept with a 15-year-old, the complaint states.

They agreed to meet in the parking lot of an area business, where Nybo arrived and was arrested. Officers searched his computer and cell phone, where they found numerous images of child pornography, according to a criminal complaint.

He’s currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $25,000 bail while awaiting trial.
