A pregnant woman was sitting on her porch 2:34 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of North East Park Avenue when Wolf, screaming and swearing, came walking by with another man who was trying to calm him down. She asked Wolf what his problem was and he grabbed her by the shoulders and shook her, then walked towards the Hope Center.

A woman was walking outside the center when Wolf said, “Hey (expletive), what are you looking at.” The woman told him to not call her the derogatory name, so Wolf spit on her shirt.

A man sitting at a nearby picnic table was approached by Wolf, who began yelling at him and then spit in his face. After the man said he didn’t appreciate that, Wolf said, “Give me $10 or I’ll kill you.”

The man said Wolf then went and began to intimidate other people in the area.

When officers arrived, Wolf was standing in the parking lot and holding a can of beer and yelling profanities. Wolf told the officers he had done nothing wrong and only drank two beers.

The officer told Wolf he was being placed under arrest and Wolf began to pull away from officers and swear. Wolf said the officers couldn’t “(expletive) me” but the officers stunned him with Taser and took him into custody.

He’s currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on a $1,000 signature bond.
