Davis told detectives he did not plan to kidnap, harm or entice the girls, the complaint states.

Waukesha police believe Davis visited other neighborhood children having a lemonade stand a day earlier, according to Today’s TMJ4.

“Let’s face it. We all want to live in America where kids can have lemonade stands,” Waukesha police Sgt. Jerry Habanek told Today’s TMJ4. “We don’t want our kids subject to people going around and sexually assaulting our kids.”
