Waukesha police officers were asked to investigate the slumber party at a home on Pewaukee Road after parents of a minor reported Monday they believed their 15-year-old daughter had been sexually assaulted at the residence, according to the criminal complaint.

The 15-year-old girl told police the man provided them Mike’s Hard Lemonade. She told police her friend drank a lot of alcohol and was throwing up at the residence. When she went to check up on her friend, she found her friend in her friend’s stepfather’s bed with him trying to quiet her. She told police she saw the man cover her friend with a blanket and tell her to use weed to calm down, according to the complaint.

The man also gave marijuana to the 15-year-old girl and another friend. When his stepdaughter wouldn’t be quiet, he gave her sleeping pills “to help her get high,” the complaint states.

The 15-year-old girl told police the man later started sexually touching her  while he was watching people have sex on TV. She told police she was under the influence and started freaking out, so she went downstairs and locked the bedroom door. She woke up to the man touching her all over her body.

The man admitted to police that he gave the girls alcohol and marijuana, but denied touching his stepdaughter's friend, saying he only poked the 15-year-old girl in the forehead, according to the complaint. However, he did admit to sexual contact with his 15-year-old stepdaughter.

When police interviewed the man’s stepdaughter, she told them he had been sexually abusing her for years and would provide her medications so she couldn’t remember the assaults, according to the complaint.

When the girl told her mother about the sexual assaults, she told police, the mother told her she was lying because she didn’t remember the assaults.

At one point, the girl told police, the man told his stepdaughter he wanted to have sex with her friends. She told him to have sex with her mother, according to the complaint.

“She is not young enough,” the man told her, according to the complaint.

The man also told her if she told, he would kill himself instead of going to jail and he would leave her siblings without a father, according to the complaint.

The man was uncooperative and resistive during his arrest. Police located oxycodone pills on him and marijuana in the home, the complaint states.
