On Sunday, Porinsky went to Walgreens, 230 Madison St., and sat down in a chair in the pharmacy area of the store. When an employee asked if he could help him with something, Porinsky said he was waiting for a prescription to be filled.

Porinsky then got up and began to pace until he jumped the counter of the pharmacy and told an employee he needed Suboxone. The employee pointed to some boxes and Porinsky grabbed them and left.

However, less than a minute later he came back saying the employee lied to him and the pills were not Suboxone. The employee then pointed to some other boxes, which Porinsky grabbed and then left.

About two hours after the incident Porinsky turned himself in to Waukesha police, saying he stole the pills from Walgreens because he was feeling sick and didn’t have any refill prescriptions for the drug.

Porinsky is being held in Waukesha County Jail on $100 cash bail.
