Waukesha police learned about the sexual contact with minors when an officer was dispatched to a hospital in the Town of Summit where a 13-year-old patient was having suicidal thoughts after being sexual involved with Hudzinski at Phoenix Heights Park in early July in Waukesha, according to the complaint.

Hudzinski was identified as the suspect through Facebook profiles, the complaint states. Waukesha investigators located a condom at the park and processed it for evidence.
