Man Charged With Drug-Related Homicide in Waukesha County Circuit Court
Leon Thomas faces two felonies from 21-year-old's death.
Leon Thomas, 49, is charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Friday with a drug-related homicide and maintaining a drug trafficking place.
Thomas currently resides in prison at Dodge Correctional Institute in Waupun, accoring to online court records.
Waukesha Police Sgt. Jerry Habanek confirmed that Thomas is facing the charge from 21-year-old Holly Reidy’s death.

“We were waiting for the blood tests to come back,” he said.
The case is an opiate-related reckless homicide, Habanek said.

Reidy died Feb. 21, 2010, according to her obituary. A Facebook page was created in Reidy’s honor where her friends still write messages to Reidy.
