Segura agreed to sell four bindles of heroin to the informant in April for $200. The informant also owed Segura $100 from a previous drug debt.

He then told the informant to meet him in a parking lot in the 1300 block of South West Avenue. After meeting with him, Segura had the informant follow him to another location located near Roberta Park with the deal was completed.
