On Thursday, a woman living in the 2400 block of Springdale Road called Waukesha police officers to her apartment when she came home to find someone went into her apartment and took the items while she was out. Fellows is her neighbor and she suspected him in the theft because he had a key to the apartment and had sent her a text message earlier in the day asking if she was home.

Fellows was later arrested and taken into custody, where officers found him with a bag of Suboxone powder. He said he is fighting a Percocet addiction and admitted to stealing the items.
