On Jan. 28, Schulz agreed to sell a police informant 10 Oxycodone pills for $300 and wanted to meet inside a video rental store. Upon arriving at the strip mall where the store is located, Schulz told the informant he didn’t want to do the deal inside the store because there were too many cameras. The deal then took place at the fast food joint nearby.

Schulz will make his initial appearance in court May 7.
