At 3 a.m. Saturday, Waukesha police responded to the 300 block of West Broadway after an Opticop camera spotted Faulkner urinating outside. He was standing outside Hannon’s bar with seven other people when officers arrived and denied urinating outside before eventually showing police where it took place.
An officer told him the camera also spotted something shiny in his hand, which Faulkner said was a kitchen knife he had in his pocket. The man told police he planned to use the knife to defend himself in a bar fight at Salty Toad.
