On Friday, Waukesha police officers were called to after an employee spotted Ward outside of a window huffing aerosol duster. She said he was standing next to a window at the bank and began huffing from a can hidden under his shirt and she was afraid he would pass out, so she contacted police.

Officers found Ward sitting at a nearby bus stop bench and said he didn’t huff from a can and had been at the stop. However, the employee showed officers pictures of Ward huffing outside the bank and the can was found nearby.
