The woman told police she met Kolinski after she placed an ad on Craigslist looking for a male friend to have a non-sexual relationship, the complaint states. She said after Kolinski responded to the ad, she continued to specify she wasn't interested in a sexual relationship.

On Sept. 15, she agreed to meet Kolinski at his apartment where they watch the end of the Milwaukee Brerwers game on TV. When the game was over, she told police Kolinski went over to her and began to forcefully kiss her and remove her clothing, according to the complaint.

She told him to stop, but he continued the sexual assault and raped her, the woman told police, according to the complaint.

Eventually, the woman tried to get out of the apartment, knocked over a fish tank and tried to hit Kolinski  to escape. He chased her, but she was able to get to the parking lot and contact police, according to the complaint

Kolinski is currently being held in Waukesha County Jail on $25,000 bond while awaiting trial.
