Man, 82, Accused of Sexually Assaulting Developmentally Disabled Woman

Man accused of assaulting woman after she invites him in to see her figurines, according to criminal complaint.

An 82-year-old Waukesha man is facing charges alleging he sexually assaulted a developmentally disabled 21-year-old woman after she invited him into her apartment.

According to the criminal complaint filed in , Michael J. Kiss is accused of sexually assaulted the woman on Sept. 2 after she invited him up to her apartment to see her figurine collection after he began talking to her because she was upset some other people wouldn’t let her play cards with him.

After they got into the apartment, Kiss began to touch the woman and began assaulting her, the complaint states. During the assault he got up and went into the bathroom and the victim’s mother called.

When he came back, the victim had put all her clothes back on, which Kiss complained about because he “wasn’t done,” according to the complaint, but the assault continued.

When he was by investigators asked why he didn’t stop after the victim him told him to, the complaint states that he replied that “no means yes” and made reference to a bumper sticker he had seen through the years and made several references to it saying “Grandpa needs loving too.”

Kiss is charged with one count of second degree sexual assault. If convicted, he could face up to 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.
