A mallard duck has been found floating in the Fox River in downtown Waukesha with blow dart through its neck, according to a Patch reader who sent us this message on our Facebook page:
We found it early yesterday morning. He has had a blow dart threw his neck for at least a week or more now. I don't know who would do such a horrible thing but maybe someone out there has some information. Please make this public. This is not the only injured duck by the river.
